This super-easy salad takes no time at all to throw together, especially if you have some leftover steak from dinner the night before. Enjoy for lunch or dinner!

Ingredients

2 c. baby spinach or spring salad mix

2.5 oz. steak, cubed

1 oz. blue cheese, crumbled

10 blueberries

1 tbsp. Basil Parmesan Salad Dressing by President's Choice


Directions

1. In a container, combine all ingredients except for salad dressing.

2. When ready to eat, toss salad with dressing and serve immediately.
