Fat Bomb Spinach Smoothie

Is it a fat bomb? Is it a smoothie?

Whatever it is, it's allll delicious! This is a total game changer for my ketogenic community. Check it out!

Ingredients

1 c. milk of your choice (I like Almond Breeze vanilla unsweetened)

2 c. spinach

1 scoop protein powder (I like Complete Green Organic Protein in vanilla bean flavour by Leanfit)

1 tbsp. coconut oil

2 tbsp. macadamia nuts


Directions

1. Add milk and macadamia nuts into a blender and blend until smooth (about 30 seconds)

2. With the blender still running, add in spinach a cup at a time.

3. Again with the blender still running, slowly add in protein powder and then coconut oil.

4. Blend thoroughly (about a minute)

5. You guessed it...enjoy!
